 March 21, 2008:  Lands’ End Bonus Contribution

 Great Lakes Scrip Center and Lands’ End are pleased to offer our customers a 3% bonus benefit on Lands’ End gift cards from Saturday, March 29 until Friday, May 9.  That means you can buy the $25 and $100 denominations at a 12% benefit instead of the normal 9% benefit for the bonus period only.

The next order was scheduled to be due on Monday, April 7th.  The Great Lakes Scrip Center will be closed the week of April 7 - 11.  Therefore, we have moved the due date to Friday for that week.  Orders will be placed on Monday, April 14th, and you should be able to pick up your orders by Thursday, April 17th.

CVS/pharmacy Benefit Increase    Great news… effective Saturday, March 22, 2008 the CVS/pharmacy benefit will increase from 2% to 6%.  This is a 4% contribution increase on the popular $25 gift card, and is effective until further notice.  The CVS/pharmacy card is redeemable at all locations nationwide for merchandise, including prescriptions.  CVS/pharmacy is America’s largest retail pharmacy with approximately 6,200 retail locations.  CVS/pharmacy is committed to serving the healthcare needs of all customers by being the easiest pharmacy for customers to use.

Scrip Order Due Today, March 17th!

Please remember to place your order on www.shopwithscrip.com, print off your receipt, write your phone numbers on it and bring it with your money (cash or check made out to DCS Scrip) + $2.00 S&H.

All 2008 Orders (due on Mondays):

• April 7th, April 21st
• May 5th, May 19th
• June 9th, June 23rd
• July 14th, July 28th
• August 11th, August 25th
• September 8th, September 22nd
• October 6th, October 20th
• November 3rd, November 17th
• December 1st & December 8th

We will only process an order if we have a minimum of 5 orders (enough to cover the S&H Charges).  All orders and money MUST be turned in on or before the due date in order to be processed.  Any late orders will be processed with the next order date unless you request otherwise.  Any date change/updates will be posted on www.dcspride.com & www.shopwithscrip.com.

SCRIP BOX: We now have a box in Mr. Cox’s office marked “SCRIP BOX”.  This is for orders to be turned in.  The box will be picked up after school on the day the orders are due.  If there is a booster meeting that evening we will also take orders there.  Otherwise, please contact one of your Scrip Coordinators to arrange a time to drop off your order.

• (5 orders minimum required to process an order)
• 5 - 24 orders . . . . . . $2.00 S&H per family
• 25 - 49 orders . . . . . $1.00 S&H per family
• 50 - 99 orders . . . . . 50 cents S&H per family
• 100 + orders . . . . . . 25 cents S&H per family
• Please go ahead and pay the $2 S&H and if we have enough orders, the difference will be put into your child’s account.

NEW Scrip Cash & Carry Program Coming in April! 

For those last minute gift card needs, we will begin having a limited amount of Scrip Gift Cards available for purchase at the Booster Meetings.   The refund percentage amount will still be put into your Child’s Band Account.  Watch for more details!

 Great news…Barnes & Noble will be offering a 1% bonus benefit effective Saturday, March 15th until Friday, April 4th.  When you purchase the popular $10, $20 “Teacher Gift”, $25, and $100 denominations during this special offer you will receive a 10% contribution instead of the normal 9%.
