We would be glad to have you join the easiest fundraiser ever!  We strive to make it as simple as possible for you to earn money for YOUR CHILD’S BAND ACCOUNT. Please let us know if there is anything that we can do to help you.

The GIFT CARD Fundraiser is simply a way to raise funds for your child’s band account without having to sell anything! You buy gift cards through the Band to any of the vendors listed on the www.shopwithscrip.com website and the rebate amount goes into your child’s band account.  These are the same gift cards that you buy in the store. (Examples: Wal-Mart, Lowe’s, O’Charley’s, Red Lobster, Wendy’s, JC Penney, Starbuck’s, Subway, Bath & Body Works and many, many more!)  Companies sell the gift cards to Great Lakes Scrip at a discounted amount and then they in turn pass along a portion of the discount only to non-profit organizations, like us, to raise money for our non-profit organization.

Program Rules & Guidelines:

1.     Please use your Child’s Name(s) as identification. It must appear on all orders & payments to ensure your account is credited.

2.     All Orders must be accompanied by cash, check made payable to DCHS Band Boosters, PrestoPay on ShopWithScrip.com or  dcspride.com Store.  Gift Card payments are not tax deductible.

3.     Please add a $2 S&H fee per total family order, if this is not added to your payment, it will be deducted from your refund.

4.     With each order, DCHS Band Boosters will provide a summary of your purchases.

5.     Gift Cards are purchased on your behalf, and are not returnable.

6.     When you pick up your Gift Card Order, please open your order and verify its accuracy. Your signature on the Order Pickup List indicates you have received your order in its entirety. In the unlikely event you should find a discrepancy in your order, please contact the DCHS Band Gift Card Program Coordinator within 7 days.

7.     Gift Cards are the same as cash, and should be handled accordingly. DCHS Band Boosters will not be responsible for certificates that are lost, stolen or misplaced while in your possession.

8.     You must fill out & sign the attached form stating it is alright for your child to pick up your gift cards before they will be released with your child. These forms will be kept on file, and DCHS Band Boosters accept no responsibility for Gift Cards delivered in this manner.

To ensure that your child’s band account is credited correctly, please type in your information to match the following exactly:

ClassRoom/Group/Teacher: please put the year your child should graduate & either “YES” or “NO” to answer the question, “Can your child pick up your gift cards?”

Just a few REMINDERS:

-     order dates are set as far in advance as we can – see the list of order dates on the shopwithscrip website and the dcspride.com website (these dates are subject to change at the coordinators discretion) (if we place an EXTRA order, we will send out an email with instructions about when and where it will be due)

-     it takes approximately 1 week from the due date to process orders (an email will be sent to you and/or we will call you when the order is in)

-    print off your receipt and turn it in with your money

-    turn in your money: cash, checks (made payable to DCHS Band Boosters), PrestoPay on the www.shopwithscrip.com website (there is a small service charge from Great Lakes Scrip for using PrestoPay) or the dcspride.com Store.
