Kroger Gift Card Fund Raiser

The Desoto Central High School Marching Band Needs Shoppers!

The Kroger Gift Card fund raiser is underway!! The Pride has teamed up with Kroger grocery stores to raise money for the band! Students and boosters can purchase Kroger Gift Cards that you can give to friends and relatives. Every dollar purchased with the each card creates income for the band. This incredibly easy fund raiser has already generated thousands of dollars for the band. To help you get the most out of every card you give away, we have prepared a downloable form that contains all the details in instructions on how to use the card. Print the form and give it to each recipient of the card and encourage them to use it for every purchase they make at Kroger grocery stores!

Who do you see about purchasing a Kroger card? How much are they? I’d like to get one I think it would be great for a college student!

Kelley Benson is running this one. She would be the one to see about getting one that is tied to the band account.

Hey Tammy, The cards are $5.00 but when you recieve your card the $5.00 is loaded on it, so you really aren’t paying anything for it. I love mine. I can send AJ to the store for me and not have to give him my debit card…..which is a dangerous thing to give him!

Thanks Suzanne. It sounds like a great idea. I go to Kroger ALL THE TIME. I’m always sending Megan too…I don’t know how many times she’s run off with my debit card and I never know when I’m going to get it back. I e-mailed Kelley but I haven’t heard back from her. How do the Middle School parents buy one? Does the money go to the general band account?

Just keep trying to get Kelley. Her brother is in the hospital so she has to spend a lot of time with him but she will eventaully get to you. I think Julie Rubenstien is helping her but I do not have her phone number. Yes the money goes to the general band fund. See ya!
